Scottsdale Mountain Tennis Courts

Scottsdale Mountain Community members may reserve the Ramada at the Association's spa/tennis facility for private parties.  Members who do so must enter into an indemnification agreement with the Association for insurance purposes; agree to comply with any use restrictions; and agree to pay any costs incurred by the Association for clean-up.  A deposit of at least $250 is required.  Members interested in reserving the Ramada should inquire at the main gate for forms and information.

Court rules:  There is no sign-up procedure; play is on a first-come, first-serve(d) basis.  Maximum playing time per court is 90 minutes; if others are waiting and your time is up, please give up the court promptly.  These rules apply to leagues as well as individuals.

For night-time play, court lights are turned on by the green button in each court.  The lights will time out after 70 minutes; simply push the button to restart the cycle.

NOISE ABATEMENT AT THE TENNIS FACILITY
In response to numerous complaints from residents living near the tennis Ramada, the Board has voted to prohibit the use of amplified music at the facility when it is reserved by residents for parties and other events. While reasonable levels of (unamplified) music are clearly permissible, sounds that reach ear-shattering levels are not acceptable in our quiet neighborhoods. The Board also reminds those who reserve the facility to begin cleaning up at 9:30 p.m.-the area will be closed by security promptly at 10 p.m.
